Return of Goods (Withdrawal from the Contract)
If our product does not meet your expectations, you may return it without giving any reason within the statutory 14-day period from delivery. For more information about returns, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer’s specific requirements, tailored to their personal needs, or intended exclusively for a single customer (e.g., custom-made masks, personalized protectors, etc.).
Procedure:

Fill out the Withdrawal from Contract Form using the link provided.

Carefully pack the product and send it along with a printed copy of the form to the following address:

Please inform us once you have shipped the package and provide the tracking number.
Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition (undamaged, unworn, complete with all original accessories and packaging).

Refunds will be issued immediately after the product is received and inspected, always to the bank account you provide in the form..
Product Warranty / Claim
If you wish to make a claim for a Compoacc product, please follow these steps:

For faster processing, also send the form by email to info@compoacc.com and attach photos of the defect.

Inform us when you send the package and provide the tracking number.
Important: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Claims cannot be accepted if the defect
-
occurred due to normal wear and tear,
-
resulted from improper use or inadequate maintenance,
-
was caused by natural changes in the material,
-
was caused by damage from the customer, a third party, or other improper handling.
You will always be informed by email about the receipt and processing of your claim.
